- Permit: Only with material report. Attention, no parts certificate! According to § 19 paragraph 2 in conjunction with § 21 StVZO, an assessment by an officially recognized expert or technical service (e.g. DEKRA, GTÜ etc.) and then the issuing of an operating license (individual operating license) by the responsible road traffic authority is required ( individual inspection ). Failure to comply will invalidate the operating license for the vehicle!
